Merry Christmas
Christmas is my favourite time of year. I love decorating the house, buying presents, wrapping them, baking mince pies, adding a slug of Baileys to my hot chocolate, and having an excuse for always having an open tub of Celebrations or packet of Twiglets on hand! I love the excitement in the children’s eyes every morning as they hunt for Kevin, our elf on the shelf, to see what mischief he has caused overnight, and I panic slightly at the thought of Santa running out of this years “must have toy”. When I was little my brothers and I would spend hours flicking through the Argos catalogue when writing our letters to send to the North Pole. I wonder how many of you did the same. Oh, how times have changed, but the magic will always remain.
This year, like so many other families we started our build-up a bit earlier than normal. Our tree has been up for 3 weeks (I have just about finished decorating the rest of the house now), and Christmas Radio has been playing in our workshop since it came on air in November. I am delighted to say that we have had another very busy month here at Love2melt HQ. The Christmas range has been a great success, and we have enjoyed creating gift packs and hampers to help make your Christmas even more special.
Please note that the last day for orders will be Tuesday 22nd December. Please also bear in mind that the Royal Mail are under added pressure this year so for those of you who need yours posting, do allow extra time for delivery and get those orders in as early as you can THIS WEEK. I will be enjoying some time off with my family between 23rd December and 1st January, and so any orders placed between these dates will be processed from 2nd January.
Well, what a year it has been. In January I had an idea, as the months passed more and more started falling into place, and by December I have ended up with a thriving business – I think someone somewhere is watching down on me and guiding me on – I am incredibly thankful and proud of what I have achieved so far, but I certainly wouldn’t be here without your continued support and shared love of melts and home fragrance, so thank you as always guys, I truly appreciate you all. As you know I am always working on new ideas, so keep a lookout for new products to be added next year.
There is no doubt that Christmas is going to be different this year, but we all need to do what we can to protect those we love. Have a great time everyone wherever you are and whatever you are doing. Make the most of it, stay safe, and I wish you good health, happiness, and a return to some kind of normality in 2021. Merry Christmas.
Happy melting!
